Currently i'm in a hotel. There's no quiet time. I have heard no birdsong. From the shower i cannot see trees. It's OK for me because it's a very short term means to an end, but i do wonder how people live like this?

I'm putting group therapy on hold indefinitely. We've always had facilitators/councilors who have earned my respect and admiration, but a few weeks ago we got a new facilitator who broke the good run. Sad but good while it lasted. :-)

I'm in group therapy and it's awesome. One of our facilitators left the group last night due to work overload, and it's at these times one realizes how much respect these people earn. The desire to self-improve is noble. To help others self-improve is beyond noble.
