Couple obstacles to that. 1. You have to get off autopilot first. 2. Full inventory makes you reflect on past behavior. My deep dive took a few months and it was very painful. I’ve found that most people run or numb pain instead of feeling it. You gotta feel it. Mind, body, spirit alignment.
