Congressional Republicans tried to pull a fast one. They called off the budget vote that cuts healthcare for over 38 million children and just put it back up after everyone left to try and make some Democrats miss the vote. Many Dems are voting by card to keep the vote open. I just did mine.

Truly lawless statement from the WH PressSec: "He is the executive of the executive branch & therefore he has the power to fire anyone within the executive branch that he wishes to." Nope. Civil servants have const due process rights. Can't be fired for political reasons or bc Trump feels like it.

It’s time for the Biden-Harris Administration to publish the Equal Rights Amendment. The ERA cleared the threshold for ratification in 38 states in Trump’s first term, but due to GOP opposition and legal debates, the ERA hasn’t been formally published and certified as the 28th Amendment.
