Been trying to close some NatWest accounts for around 10 years. Since moving 4½ years ago I successfully tried for a 7th time. Woohoo! The bad news - "So where have you sent the closing statements?" They omitted to change the address. :(

Dear BBC, if you want to put out a drama set in a period other than the present you need to be more convincing than simply hiring cars of an era purporting to be of the set era but aren't. Poor old chap in GP surgery needed urgent attention. A receptionist had to ring a doctor at another (!) GP surgery and the advice given was that in view of his blood loss he had to go home and dial 999. WTF? That can't be right surely.

@theredzone.bsky.social A sad day - I have cancelled my DAZN contract. NFL made a monumental mistake moving Gamepass to DAZN. Just a nightmare navigating their website plus too many value games are being dropped in favour of other platforms to which I'm not prepared to shell out more money.
