Yesterday was scary. We live in the St. Louis area (Illinois side). 3pm: sirens blared, the power went out, a huge roar of wind hit the house, and I screamed at my kids to get in the bathroom. Trees down around town and no power for 16hrs, but we're okay. St. Louis (city) got hit by an EF-3 tornado.
