When you think you're better than any other draft prospect, you don't go to the combine, you refuse to workout for certain teams, you blow off and otherwise half-ass the team interviews you deign to do, you don't attend the draft... you get drafted in the 5th round to the BROWNS. You earned it.

People were saying that this was just deliberately false rumors spread by a team that wanted his draft stock to fall, so they could snatch him further down. Well, now every team has passed on drafting him multiple times, so clearly this anonymous assistant coach was being 100% honest. I believed it.

God, how much I wish Mel Kiper would fuck off forever. When the Saints didn't draft Sanders, I knew the rest of the night would be Mel being butthurt about being wrong and how all these teams would regret not doing what he said they should do, and not picking the guy that Mel thinks is the best.
