I don't think it's a particularly complex lesson, honestly! Constructive criticism is crafted to guide and encourage, is sensitive to an artist's skill level at the time, and is CONSENTED TO. Creatives can feel the difference between this and feedback that seeks to diminish, control, silence, etc.
