He/him/here for browsing more than posting. Always happy to talk about comics or Ghostbusters. Stephanie is my favorite Robin, but she and Cass are perfect Batgirls. Trans rights are human rights. Have a good day!

a entire thread of vehicle delights!

Friend of the show Sebastian asked me to put together a syllabus for Grant Morrison’s Batman run for a friend, so I thought I’d share it here, too. I could make a more exhaustive list, but I’m trying to stick to the absolute essentials; nobody wants to do extra homework.

The Black Casebook is for lovers. But it is also—critically—for the haters.

"Admit it,” she says. “We're lost!" I roll my eyes at her. “Babe, I can read a map. We'll just shortcut on this Gumdrop Mountain path to the castle over here—" “THAT’S A CANDYLAND BOARD!”

I wonder if any of the readers frustrated by Tom King's current Wonder Woman run might be interested in hearing an extended critique of his career(s) and politics

I will Venmo $500 to any reporter who asks Trump what day of the week it is

There are two institutions manufacturing consent for Republicans that Dems have no answer for. The first is the right-wing media echo chamber. The second is less discussed: a politicized network of untaxed churches that provide the GOP with ground troops for field operations & political donations.

to report on this verbatim is to do your entire readership a disservice

If this is true it’s an unbelievably foolish, self-destructive approach to the problem. The media cannot function properly while it cuts secret deals with this administration behind the scenes.

Oh wow, you're telling me that people who get all their news from the Fuck The Democrats Journal, Democrat Haters' News Channel, and It's The Democrats' Fault Post are now saying they disapprove of the Democrats? And that this is entirely, exclusively, and solely the fault of the Democrats?

Support aftermath.site in their quest to construct the world's largest herb-launching cannon aimed at the sun. Also they have cool blogs and stuff. But, like, cannon.

He's managed to effectively fuse the technocrat/"libertarian" arm of the party, which wants a secular dictator, with the fundamentalist arm of the party, which wants a theocratic sovereign. And both arms are OK with the idea of a king. It's wild. Once again, people look at Trump & see what they want

I recorded I quick video explaining a broader strategy for #TeslaTakedown, why Elon Musk and his empire are so vulnerable, and how attacking Tesla can get dramatic results. If this video helps you see the opportunity to hit back, please share it with as many people as you can! youtu.be/L-Imw_s1aaI

You don't really picture witches cleaning poop out of their familiars' fur, but if you think about it, it's obviously part of the job.

This is why the Tesla boycott/divestment strategy can work where others have failed. If we can move Tesla stock, we can wipe out a huge amount (if not all) of Elon Musk's wealth. This opportunity is too important not to pursue all-out. #TeslaTakedown

A couple thoughts on the next steps for #TeslaTakedown, and targeting Elon Musk's fragile wealth: 1) we have to keep it up. If the goal is to make the Tesla brand toxic, we can't just say it once. We have to stay out in the street. I'll keep showing up on Saturday at 11 am here in PDX.

I hope America is as lucky as the delta jet - everyone survives but the right wing explodes

Go ahead. Let the people see you for what you are.

The olds remember the jokes about how dangerous the Ford Pinto was and well... so far the Cybertruck has 17 times the fatalities per vehicle sold. www.inc.com/sarah-sicard...

The Washpost, which is bleeding millions of dollars and shrinking its staff, accepted -- and then rejected -- a $115,000 ad that criticized Elon Musk. Anyway, here's the ad that the Post's business side didn't want its readers to see ⤵️ thehill.com/media/514849...

State AGs are looking for federal workers who have just been illegally fired to stand as litigants in a new lawsuit trying to freeze further action by DOGE. DM me if that’s you and you’re interested and you’re live in one of the following states: NM, AZ, CA, CT, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, WA, RI, or VT.
