When I was in my twenties, I got some advice along the lines of, 'Make sure to take time to appreciate the occasional sunrise. It's worth the effort.' Sunrises remain just as inspirational today, but I would appreciate having time to occasionally miss a sunrise or two.

Started keeping a dog walking journal. Just a pic and a brief description of the weather, any wildlife, and what kind of training we worked on. It's tremendously boring and I would never ask anyone to read it. Being accountable to no one but myself has been incredibly good for my mental health
