Said it before, but in 35 years around the globe,I always saw one constant. Soviet Union and then Russia, sticking it to us at every opportunity. Harassment, spying, intimidating, attacking our national interests, funding insurgents and terrorists. Nothing has changed, except our apparent surrender.
