Thanks as always for the work @jysexton.bsky.social @nickhauselman.bsky.social - one aspect of Medicaid destruction is that it will lead to hospitals everywhere closing down outside of those in very large cities. Medicaid billing volumes supports hospitals existing, even for people not on Medicaid.
