2) You cannot declare head of household on your W4 unless you have dependents. Dependents are your kids and sibs under 24 or any person that is permanently 100% disabled. If you report 15, 20, 30+ dependents, I WILL kick your W4 back and ask about it. (Bless you if you have a ton of foster kids!)

A few things everyone should remember: 1) A company will likely not get back to you immediately when you are asking them to do something special for you about an issue you had months to resolve. Sending several messages the same day will not get you a response faster.
