Morning weights workout. I'm trying to do 3 sessions a week. And mostly I get there, alternating between chest, arms, abs and back. I used hate doing legs however after my knee injury the physio put me on Bulgarian Split squats and things so I do those now to keep my knee strong. #strengthtraining
