How long until the Indiana legislature introduces a similar bill? Braun's MAGA mirror state government is working hard to dismantle dozens of institutions and agencies that provide meaningful quality of life programs for millions of Hoosiers. Insist that your elected representative pushes back.

I'll step out on a limb and say that this guy will be on the side of those who believe in democracy and suggest that those who behold that democracy will prevail over what malignant regime is pushing upon us will prevail. We, the people have all that Americans hold as self-evident on our side.

As @therealjackhopkins.bsky.social Suggests, find a worthy cause to support and do what you can to support it. Support pro-democracy groups and put your individual "mojo" into those causes. We are in this together and remember, we, the people CAN redirect the course we appear to be on.

There are numerous scenarios where I think the government, or at least people in it knew what was "under the hood" and remained silent "for the good of the country." Why? Because they saw that letting the cat out of the bag would crush our confidence in "the system." The result of that: here we are.

Yes, this is escalating quickly. People need to consider that what we're watching, and living through is the systematic dismantling of our American way of life. Waiting for "things to work themselves out" is probably not the best plan. Turning a blind eye to what's coming will be tough to do.
