#TrainTuesday Can't get much more 'train' than The Ghan. Hard to imagine I took this over 20 years ago! Its route was later extended all the way to Darwin. No issues (as far as I'm aware!) of buckling track despite the relentless heat.

#Watercress #WatercressWednesday As @thewatercressline.bsky.social has recently joined Bluesky, thought I'd post a photo from 2024, and add that it is well worth a visit. Certainly amongst the many worthwhile heritage railways to go to, it's one of the best IMO. 50027, s506 and D8059 at Ropley.
