Today's hike took me to a new set of hills opposite the village of Benirrama in the Vall de Gallinera. Ascent was a steep 400 metre climb along a fire-break track. On the top I found a large plateau that extended for quite a few Kilometres good tracks. Had to run when a storm appeared. 😱 All Ok

Stunning 20 kilometre today Hike.Raco del Duc The hike follows the line of an old railway which was built in 1887. Built and run by a London business. 'Harbor Company Ltd' . Hence why it was known as The English Peoples Train. Originally built to link Alcoi with Gandia and transport raw materials.
