This was beautiful! 😍

Gridfinity Storage Box Projects be progressin' #gridfinity

My son lost a bishop from his chess set. He wanted to take it to school tomorrow. 30 minutes later! ❤️

Super happy to end the year with 300 subscribers on YT. Have only shared shorts so far and looking forward to sharing full videos on the projects I've been working on. Grateful for everyone following along! youtube.com/@hotgun3d 🎅🏻 🫶

Posted the gridfinity grid soldering jig on reddit and got great feedback. Next time I'm soldering bases together, I'm gonna tweak the design. www.reddit.com/r/gridfinity...

I hacked together a jig for soldering #gridfinity baseplates together. After publishing it as a YouTube Short - quite a few folks have asked for the model. You can get it here with a write-up on how I hacked it together: hotgun3d.com/gridfinity/jig

Storage box came without dividers.

New video from Scott Yu-Jan!!! Stay calm. Stay calm.

That "simple square" turned out to be a little trickier than I thought... Now - let's see if we can print it standing up! 😆 Also gonna disable the brim. Who thinks it will fail/fall?

Spent a few days tweaking the design for a toolbox divider. It didn't work and have ended up with a simple 80mm x 80mm square that I could have done in the slicer alone in 2 minutes. And it works perfect... 🙄

In the spirit of #BlackFriday, I have decided to make all my YouTube videos free to watch! Hurry - this offer can only last while YouTube servers are online. youtube.com/@hotgun3d

Too many exciting projects. Not enough 3d printers. Hope Santa is good to me! 🤞

A prime towner is added when you do a smooth timelapse to ensure imperfections due to oosing, while the print head is moved away, are transferred to the prime tower instead of your print. If you remove the prime tower, you may end up with something like this:

Imagine having this to make custom bins with a 'download stl' button...

So PLA means Polylactic Acid… Lactic acid is what our bodies produce within our muscles. PLA gets its lactic acid from corn starch. Does this mean the same thing that builds our muscles also builds our prints!? 🤯
