For those who don’t know, when a soldier stays in the barracks on post, they have money deducted from their basic allowance to pay for meals at the dining facility on base. According to this article, in some cases, over half of those funds went to something other than feeding soldiers.

We were once in a branch where the branch president was rumored to be undocumented. It never mattered to my family. He was a good person and his character wasn’t defined by a government document. It is unfortunate this is the direction this church is going. I hope him and his family are doing well.
