In normal times, the prosecutorial decision re Eric Adams is entitled to a presumption of good faith. But when so many prosecutors are resigning rather than following orders, and judges are dealing with unprecedented govt actions, that presumption seems quaint. Judge Ho to DOJ: Lay it out for me.
