Nighthawks. Today’s @theage @smh cartoon.

BAHAHAHAHAHA!!! #auspol #ausvotes2025

This mob want your vote in 2025, after sitting on their well-paid arses for 3 years, offering nothing and opposing everything. This style of attack dog politics *has* to stop. If you want to be the next govt., start acting like an actual alternative. #auspol #auspol2025

Diesel gennies out again? #auspol

Is that the largest instantaneous contribution from SA's BESS facilities yet? >20%? #auspol #energy

Surely this can't be true, as all the expensive renewables are pushing business out of SA, remember? #auspol #energy

Still a lot of work to do. #auspol #energy #cec #renewables

Please tell me this is AI. #auspol www.instagram.com/reel/DEBcQHA...

Well done humans! #dontlookup #auspol www.theguardian.com/environment/...

No that couldn't be possibly true. #auspol #shockednotshocked www.abc.net.au/news/2024-12...

The Frontier Economics report's most important chart. Emissions reductions are the primary reason for the energy transition; fast reductions are crucial. If the nuclear pathway is slower (as shown), then it fails at the first hurdle. It may be considered a long-term hedge, however. #auspol

Very much expecting the LNP's costings will be a medley of Nuclear's Greatest hits: French levels of grid participation, US capacity factor, Ontario's retail prices, constructed at Chinese pace and price; all entirely appropriate for AU. Emissions will not be mentioned. Thoughts? #auspol

Surely not. #auspol www.theguardian.com/environment/...

Waste of a politician. #auspol #makeitstop

"Peter Dutton blames Labor for the delay in the release of the Coalition's nuclear costings" www.abc.net.au/news/2024-12... #auspol

AEMC Chair Anna Collyer: "Our modelling shows that ... ..., Australian households could see their total energy spending fall substantially (13%.?) over the next decade through electrification." www.aemc.gov.au/news-centre/...

A small victory for consumers. Surge pricing is completely unfair, and will hurt consumers as electrification continues. www.abc.net.au/news/2024-11... #auspol #electricity
