I need your help. I'm training for the London marathon having never run more than about 5km and I need to be held accountable, so if you don't see me post at least one run every 3 days please call me out 😁 Plan is to increase distance steadily up to around 25-30km.

2024 was a blast! I finally graduated, travelled to amazing places and cured my insomnia.. In 2025 im running the London marathon to support care leavers (adding a link for sponsors in the coming days), more travelling and learning to drive. Don't make resolutions, set goals 💪

I thought I'd done alright this year avoiding injuries whilst clocking up lots of miles walking and playing footy twice a week. However, I seem to have injured my ankle today due to overly aggressive foot tapping whilst watching four in a bed. Is this middle age?

Huddersfield Town would piss this particular league. The only players in the entire squad who HAVEN'T missed games through injury (yet) to my knowledge are Chapman, Turton, Ruffles, Lonwijk, Wiles and Ladapo. Duff working miracles.
