Regex is how I imagine eldritch horrors work. You look at it and it makes no sense and it's scary. As you stare, for a split second there is understanding. The universe expands before your eyes, reality unraveling. Then the madness sets in.

This is likely our last night with the best cat I've ever had. She's been following me for 15 years meowing, purring, and telling me when it's bedtime. I'll miss her reaching up and tapping my arm to ask for pets, pawing at the covers to try to get under, and our nonsensical conversations.
