Our #Navigators programme has launched 💚 Trained Navigators in #Hull, #Scunthorpe & #Grimsby hospitals will support patients aged 11 to 35 who have suffered injuries linked to violence. The confidential service aims to steer the young people to a positive future. humbervpp.org/our-work/cam...
