#sotd- Bois Talisman from Dior. This hits my comfort craving so exactly that it’s hard to want to wear anything else. Wood and vanilla - not groundbreaking. But it’s the softest cedar and the most perfect vanilla for my skin. It feels made for me. #perfumesky #fragrancesky

#sotd Magnolia Romana by Eau d’Italie. Crisp, ozonic white floral. This smells like a freshly sanitized spa. That little bit of harshness under the soft florals makes me feel hyper competent. Like a starched white collar. Pretty? Not sure. Right? On certain days, yes #perfumesky #fragrance

My first and definitely last time working with the Los Angeles Times. Editing out the most urgent point of an OpEd in the minutes before sending to press while then also assigning a title and image that suggest an argument entirely opposite to the author’s clear intent is pretty shitty.

#SOTD Musc Ravageur by Frederic Malle. Yeah, I MEANT to smell like a cinnamon roll eating forest creature in heat, what’s it to ya? I find this difficult and mesmerizing and it makes me happy.
