I must admit, to myself, first of all, that the sight of men exercising, cultivating their own bodies, is soothing to me. Taking care of themselves, and loving who they are. That tells me to do the same.

I just found out (at work), that a high prescription in your glasses can create cross eyes, as the eyes have to focus more. I have been suffering from strabismus for a couple of years now. I wonder if that is why. The doctor recommended her patient (not me) to change to bifocals. Made me think.
