Elon Musk has been a walking SEC violation for a decade and no one cared. The entire Trump era could have been avoided if the US took white collar crime anywhere near as seriously as it does low level drug crime.

Hey @governorwalz.mn.gov Next time you go on stage and talk about TSLA, instead of mentioning the price you should ask the MSRS why they own shares of an overvalued car company with declining sales&margins AND w/ accounting and brand damage issues. It's not a suitable investment for a pension fund
