I've been using KeePassXC lately, syncing the database to my Nextcloud instance. It has all the features I like from Bitwarden, including browser autofill for logins and TOTP. These work pretty well on my phone, too.

I just accept that people are the gender they say they are. You're right, it's pretty fucking simple. No one thinks about trans people anywhere near as frequently or intensely as transphobes. It's a soul crushing obsession. Transphobes are fucked in the head and giving themselves grief.
