When I was a kid, it was called EBT and we called it the eatin' better tonight card. Take it from me, "better" IS junk food in individual packaging that kids can open with their own hands.

And so it continues. Iowa state legislature is trying to shove through a bill that strips protections from librarians & makes them criminally liable for allowing "obscene" books on the shelves. The cause here is rightwingers are enraged about Maia Kobabe's GN "Gender Queer." Librarians defend it.

My personal saga of being soooo bad at flowers continues. While getting seeds together for a new organization system, found some flower seeds had mold. Luckily, I previously stored stuff in separate baggies so it wasn't as bad as I could have been. 🌱
