Interesting that Screenflow, which was the most talked about screen recording and editing app on the Mac for so long, doesn’t even show up on the company’s blog at all. Is screencasting a thing of the past? Have people moved on to live > edited? Script editors like Descript taking over?

I realize most of the discourse around bluesky's worth are from Americans, and so they naturally tend to frame it as republican or democrat. But these kinds of arguments always seem so weird when they break out of containment and we start debating where we should be posting words online.

I’d like to water the lawn so that the grass isn’t a desert but if I water the lawn the dog tries to drink from the sprinkler with his whole face and then roll around in the mud and then I have to spray him down so then he’s a wet stinky dog and I wonder why we have anything at all?
