For about 2 years, our neighbors had a dog. It was constantly tied up even at worst temps. They let it bark nonstop. All day. I’m not exaggerating; it was never attended. I don’t know how it’s still alive. This morning, -1° and not home. The warden took it and I sobbed. A part of me will miss him.
