What's the difference between firing someone "for DEI" and firing them because they are Black?

The Idaho legislature is not addressing housing affordability, not the cost of childcare, not the safety of drinking water, wages, traffic or anything you wish they would. INSTEAD they are cruelly placing trans people in harms way by trying to force them to use the absolute wrong bathroom.
