Interesting thread on Piptaz dosing in PsAr infection. Annoyingly in Europe our ‘low dose’ is 4.5g TID, not 3.375g QID, but this is the same daily dose (13.5g/d). My particular annoyance is when PsAr UTI is Rx’d with 7d of QID PipTaz as opposed to, say, ONE DOSE OF AMINOGLYCOSIDE.
