Finally got Fiber installed and cancelled my cable Internet today. I told the rep I did my homework and was sure about the decision. Y'all, This woman was trying so hard until... I GAVE HER THE FIOS INTERNET OPTIONS FROM MEMORY AS SHE WAS LOOKING UP THE PAGE HERSELF! SHE WAS NOT READY!
