I made a beautiful spatchocked herb roasted chicken, cornbread stuffing and baked mac and cheese, plus a quick gravy made from bite left in cast iron. It all looked like absolute shit. You think I’d put that out there? Tastes amazing. I slayed. But it’s ugly. Learn about yourself.
