Even if you (wrongly) believe that some immigrants lack due process rights, what’s to stop the government from claiming that *you* are an undocumented immigrant; removing you to El Salvador; citing an “administrative error”; and refusing to do anything to bring you back? The answer is due process.

I stg, I cannot with #penndot and the #padmv. Not only did they not update my ID to my real ID when I changed my name despite my having a birth certificate, but now I have to go back to change my name on my vehicle registration. I spent 8+ hours at the DMV here in Philly on the name change.

The entire world needs to see this. No arrest warrant or probable cause, no search warrant, no allegations of a crime. No Miranda Warnings, no speaking to his lawyer, and “we don't give our names.” I am begging people to realize how bad this for all our civil liberties.
