Well… looks like Hela is the baseline deck… again. The meta usually starts drifting towards Alioth and Clog when that happens. These 2 version of Hela are some of the easiest decks I’ve ever played. Going to be interesting how new season’s cards challenges this meta

I really like the new gamemode. Yes deck variety is lacking but its a mode with high value rewards so that was always going to be the case. For the future, id love for them to have rotating cards with with bonus Sanctum points to incentivize creativity. Pretty generous mode too with Twitch drops

Hard to trust early testing for Diamondback on ladder right now due to most players over at the new game mode but this is really fun. Good back up plan with surfer in case you run into an affliction mirror. Overall solid home for Diamondback

Just as an update, this is the best scream deck to play especially starting tomorrow I think. You will face a lot of affliction and this should easily stop anything in that category while doing the usual scream stuff

I hit infinite last night so it’s time for full day 1 review of the new cards. Sam feels good. It is in some ways a “Mr Negative” as in you have to draw it on curve. I’m a full ongoing deck, at least you can use the shield as a body. So not crazy but solid addition. Recommend. But Torres…

Day 1 Infinite ♾ down! I played mainly Scream 😱 decks which both felt very strong and versatile, as well as a throwback with SasBird since Cap's Shield 🛡️ basically unnerfs Mockingbird 🐦! Sam Wilson 🗽🇺🇸 felt really good and I expect him to see play in a good variety of decks.

Not very impactful OTA but dagger nerf was long overdue. Luna at 3/6 is also really nice but not impactful enough of a card to be relevant in a meta that can make 2/0 scale into 2/20

So Ares is a card. Its optimal places are Surtur and Mill, but it’s not unplayable in other things. Right now, a stacked ares deck will beat mirrors but over time non Surtur decks will be able to use Ares successfully. Fingers crossed for High Evo buff cause I had lots of fun despite losing a lot

I’m not sure if I like where the meta is right now. Mid range decks are almost unplayable right now due to how tall everything goes. You have to stack like 6 tech cards if you want to keep up. I hope Agamotto slaps as a card cause February cards don’t look that impactful

A deck like this is going to get more refined but I am having a lot of fun with it. Iron Patriot is mega busted to me and Victoria Hand is for sure a good card that opens the door for some new stuff. Quinjet is playable here instead of bob or Kitty.
