I have an upper respiratory infection and for the past week, I haven't been able to sleep for longer than 90 min at a time. My throat is so swollen and sore that breathing hurts and I keep coughing myself awake. I've got meds from the dr, but they don't bring much relief. I'm so exhausted.

A post by @amv.network reminded me that I made a VirtualDub filter long ago to manually patch out dust & blemishes from video. Note the boxes in the lower right of the image. After clicking the checkbox, the cyan square pixels will be copied to the red square pixels.
