-to be more caring about my community, spending time with people I love, and relearning patience and becoming better at reframing.
One of my biggest hurdles is lack of consistent exercise and 'morning' rituals. I might want to take more pre-work walks to start the day. I think it's a good goal :3

As I reflect on the year, I think about all the things I've gone through and learned (too many!) I am proud of myself for making it through.
It's been a lot harder to see in the past month, but I have many good accomplishments to be happy about. I'm still striving to be my idea of a better person-

Another reason TN doesn't work for me is bc I paste a ton of 2x3 photos to go along with the text and I tend to put the photos in with a bunch of additional deco 🤣
Having more room to decorate is the only way I can even put a dent in my growing sticker collection

(I have a hobonichi plain grid notebook, which I was using for some time - but I switched to King Jim's comic size notebook for on the go bc I really like the covers and the way the pages tear out)
