If I am understanding correctly this is DOGE's version of "gov't efficiency" Blast an unbaked email, create mass confusion, make managers dream up their interpretation of the guidance, and then days later say, "Nevermind." Then another email kicks off the whole process again. Gov't efficiency!

ATP, with the firings/rehirings, resignation offer/rescind, mandatory email response/rescind, we need to be very direct about the fact that DOGE has completely lost the plot. DOGE isn't trying to save anyone one cent. It's a litmus test for how much government access one rich person can get.
