So, update on the door vandalism from thursday: My chair is *livid* on my behalf. My Dean is paying for a replacement pride flag. My therapist is afraid for my physical safety, because apparently this sorta thing often escalates to violence. And I have a meeting with Equal Opportunity on Monday.

Reminder for my mutuals: misgendering is violence and never okay. No, not even if it is done to "people who deserve it". If your willingness to use the correct pronouns or name for someone depends on if you like them then you're not a safe person to be around. Same if you tolerate when others do it.

My Pride flag was taken off of my office door between my last time on campus and now. At my university, stuff on your doors is considered protected free speech. So, anyone know where a girl could get a large and viciously hard to remove Pride sticker to replace it?
