Just in case you don't understand how the Trump administration views the law, spray painting a Tesla is terrorism, but when a right-wing Nazi sympathizer at Florida State commits a mass shooting, that is not terrorism. Maybe Trump will invite this guy to Thanksgiving dinner or State of the Union.

Republicans who insist they "aren't Trumpers" could actually do something if they are so against this agenda, but most don't. They are going to distance themselves politically from tariffs, without actually doing anything to stop them, which they have the most power to do. Take power, avoid blame.
