Maybe we can just do for the Gulf of Mexico what we do for large stadiums. A company can have naming rights for a fee. They could have one year leasing rights to the name and then it’s back up for bidding. Eg: Gulf of Walmart, Gulf of Tesla, Gulf of Ford. At this point nothing sounds too crazy.
