i am making a 2d patformer/puzzle game for the browser (mac/windows). let me know if you are the kind of person who think you might enjoy trying it out

remember before everything we had was content?

the quiet part is awfully loud these days

browsers are incredible technology. such a shame it's js

berlinist have made several really really good soundtracks

big year for the leopards eating faces party

+++BANANA BANANA BANANA+++

AO vegetation

i have an idea. what if we just have a normal year for once. where nothing batshit happens at all, and everything is just kinda boring

i was today years old when i learned that chrome has an fps overlay ...

here is proof that i know how to have a good time

what's he building in there ... there is poison underneath the sink of course

it's now possible to cheat in the game by strategically browser-bck/fwd-ing into a different edit-level state and back again to the current state. the player maintains velocity etc. not sure what happens to the timing though

i had to double check this. but with 20x cpu down throttle my browser game loads slow (5seconds), but still runs pretty smooth. it does not have any complicated graphics, but i'm still surprised

glad to see the doge muppets are using the same architecture for their websites as i am intending to use for my game. must mean i'm doing this right

a little more "elon did" reporting instead of "elon said" reporting would have gone a long way ...

i just managed to get a CSS animation i've wanted for ages working. and i feel like a wizard

i have a pretty solid prototype of my game and level editor up and running. so i guess the hard part starts now?

just two more days in the content mines now people

if someone near musk plays their cards right we could all be talking about NoSQL again. wouldn't that be something

your enjoyment is not required. but know that your suffering is guaranteed

@pontus.granstrom.me sorry for the random message, but i'm working on a small 2d platformer game for the browser. and i was wondering if that is something you would be interested in trying out? (no harm if it's not your thing)

sorting through some wide-ranging thoughts on human-computer collaboration, intelligence, and perspective, and I find I can cover a surprisingly large amount of it with “not the way Sam Altman does”

git commit -a -m "the nope.txt file now contains a reason"

w3schools really has done an amazing job at keeping those search results up ... what an achievement

they are having some impossible architecture adjacent problems over at the utah teapot factory

Upping my architecture game ✌️

Me: "Wow I'm an awesome developer, I fixed three bugs today." Narrator: "She had added three new bugs."

i now have a level editor that keeps the full state of the world as a compressed string in the url. i'm fun at parties
