If you are a constituent of Tom McClintock who will be impacted by the cuts to the Forest Service and National Park service write him and tell him what you think. Send us a copy and send one to your local newspaper too. Tell your friends no matter who they voted for.

California’s 5th Congressional District includes all of Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Parks. All probationary employees have been terminated and all new hires frozen. Fire risk is greater than ever. Forest health won’t be protected. Tourism will crash. Is that what anyone voted for?

Hey Indivisible groups in California’s 5th Congressional District, did you know that over 58% of the land area in the district is National Forest or National Park land?

@padilla.senate.gov Thank you Senator Padilla for speaking out and voting no on RFK Jr. Stand strong and take every action the Senate rules allow to fight against the Trump/Musk/Project 2025 blitzkrieg. Slow the shock and awe so the oh no, we never voted for that can set in.

If you are going to the President’s Day protest at the Capitol in Sacramento on Monday Feb. 17, please print and distribute the attached flyer.

Today, two different groups of citizen representatives of El Dorado Progressives - INDIVISIBLE El Dorado met with Senator Padilla staffer Roberto Arteaga in Sacramento to deliver the message that the Senator needs to stand up and fight back with every tool, procedure and tactic available.

We have at least 18 folks signed up to visit Sen. Padilla’s Sacramento office tomorrow at 1:30. For inspiration watch Rachel Maddow’s interview of Indivisible co-founder Ezra Levin on her show tonight.

Register on Mobilize to join us for the visit to Sen. Padilla’s Sacramento office tomorrow, Wednesday, February 5 at 1:30 pm mobilize.us/s/kTEukG

We’re going to Senator Padilla’s Sacramento office on Wednesday afternoon to thank him for what he’s already done and ask for more.
