A laddish kind of bloke is a sexist, misogynistic male who treats women as objects. What’s next? - Middle class women of a certain age will make themselves heard louder, more victims will come forward, allies will support his dismissal & laddish blokes will moan they can’t say anything anymore. 💪🏽

It works like a charm.

Gregg Wallace’s attempt to defend himself by blaming “middle class women of a certain age” 🙄😳😱 is spot on. Well done. I am sure his attorneys are doing cartwheels of happiness. #whyweneedfeminism

Another month of daily yoga practice. No Long-Covid flare-ups since February. 💪🏽 🧘🏻‍♀️ ⭐

My partner and I had a conversation with ChatGPT and we caught it making a mistake 😉🍾

Day at the beach. Mother’s birthday.

This is my 138th day of daily #yoga practise. My commitment to this #AtomicHabit started on the 9th November 2023 after a bad #LongCovid flare-up. No matter how I bad I felt, I would go on the mat and breath. I am aiming for a 6-month daily practice.

Another goal achieved on my journey to fight #longcovid: 1 yoga session everyday for a month. Most of the days 15 min restorative, sometimes 1hr #hatha with crow & mermaid postures. When I started on Dec 1st I couldn’t do any of them. Today I did both.

For the first time, since my battle with #longCovid started a year ago, I have completed my first month of daily exercise which was one of my main goals for 2023.

The Context (BBC News) is on fire tonight. Christian Frasier is keeping his cool but wowza. Ron Christie got really really upset.

Let the festivities begin🥳

Again… shocking but not surprising. apple.news/AsP3ZZ0NXTLu...

Unfair, but not at all surprising. #patriarchyInAction
