Pres. #Trump "he told me he could defeat ISIS in weeks" narrative justifying SecDef change is bugging me. No disrespect to LTG(ret) Caine. But it took the US years to roll back #ISIS in Syria & Iraq from holding territory. And we never defeated them as I forecast would happen in 2016. A 🧵with 🧾 /1
