While Vienna grew by 24k people last year, not all parts of the city did, especially the central/ western parts of the city even lost some people, despite having highest demand This is what building no new housing there leads to, we need to get rid of the nimbys there and finally start building

Every semester I ask my students to guess what % of Americans think climate change isn't real. They usually guess between 40% and 80%. When I show them this *and explain that it's pretty much been at 11% for the past twenty years* their jaws hit the floor.
