Dieser Post ist extrem irreführend! Hinter der Paywall steht, dass das VG gar nicht überzeugt war, dass die "White power"-Geste überhaupt gezeigt wurde und das auch ausführlich begründet hat. Zudem zeigte das VG mehrere Ermittlungs- und Begründungsfehler auf. Da musste man eindeutig stattgeben.
