just confirmation that they haven't quietly shelved it while pretending the first season didn't happen is enough for me

i read one of the horror novels last year because i was excited about cursed city and thought a book about regular humans living in shyish would be cool and it was 200 pages of setup for a genevieve return and i had to go take a walk

cities seemed to be plagued by a looming "they can't just be nicer looking fantasy empire models" and went out of their way to just end up there anyway but with no flair

i really thought cities of sigmar would at least evoke yknow the cities of sigmar

it's what i was considering, i really like the pre-miller swashbuckler daredevil before he got Sad
comment in response to post
the marketing push for the daredevil show i'm not gonna watch is really making me wanna read some daredevil comics, which is good and exciting

it worked once and it took an otherwise unsuccessful shift into moore inspired schlock to actually build goodwill for his run
comment in response to post
i actually love moore's bond, his were the first films i saw on telly, and i find it hilarious that there's this cultural amnesia for them
comment in response to post
bond has survived more periods of the public actively wishing for the entire franchise to go away than almost any artefact of pop culture
comment in response to post
it's incredible what two and half pretty good craig bond movies did for the franchise's reputation given where we were at with die another day and licence to kill and a view to a kill and
comment in response to post
americans out here talking about the cultural institution that bond represents when they're universally slapped together blockbuster schlock full of product placement and i say that as a compliment

i'm so tired of the way the art on this book gets talked about, especially the way igor kordley has become this sort bad art pariah in some corners

i just beat elden ring twice in fourteen hours
comment in response to post
i changed things up on my last playthrough only when i hit the dlc and then beat the whole thing with milady, i just find one thing i like and get settled there
comment in response to post
my last playthrough of elden ring, i finished the game with the weapon i beat stormveil with, i get Comfortable with builds as early as possible and i'm excited to get weird with it because of the shorter session time and more random loot drops

i promise you it's just a video game, it does exist, it will probably come out sooner rather than later, it will be good but not live up to the enormous expectations created by the currently five year development time, and you should probably engage with your local community in the meantime
