In #GUPATH we talk about comedo necrosis in high grade prostate cancer being associated with intraductal spread - but not always - this is a lymph node metastasis, so no intraductal spread here!

And for #pathsky: an SDH deficient renal cell carcinoma on biopsy. Note the vacuoles and loss of SDH in the tumour cells. Took me a while to convince geneticists I was making this up and they kept insisting on Mismatch repair testing!! 🙄 #gupath
